Calligraphy and Fine Line Design

An interest group for lovers of the written word and it's use as an art form, fine line design and anything to do with paper.  Calligraphy literally means beautiful writing. We will experiment with differenct ways of making marks on paper and other surfaces. Opportunities will offer themselves along the way.  We hope to try surfaces such as stone, fabric, leaves, bark.  We will also have a go at Zen doodling, printing, making book covers, bookmarks, cards and scrolls.  Group members are all at different levels.
